How we manage quality

Controls that follow the work.

01 / Material

Receipt and traceability

Receiving checks, required MTRs and certificates of conformity, material identification and heat traceability support the path from receipt through fabrication and installation.

02 / Welding

Procedures and qualifications

SMAW and FCAW procedure documentation supports scope review. Applicable procedures, welder qualifications and customer requirements are checked against each assignment before use.

03 / Inspection

Checks at the right stages

Receiving, fit-up, in-process welding and final inspections are coordinated with project hold and witness points, authorized personnel and controlled measuring equipment.

04 / Control

Nonconformance and correction

Nonconforming work or material is identified and controlled. Disposition, rework, reinspection and corrective-action closure are documented before release.

05 / Evidence

Documentation and closeout

Inspection records, material documentation and objective quality evidence are assembled to the applicable scope. Subcontracted work is included in the required quality controls.

06 / Preparation

Safe work coordination

Site requirements, access, sequencing and work conditions are reviewed with the customer and crew as part of planning work in active maritime and industrial environments.

Project-specific review
